Ingredients
- 4 cups of unsweetened shredded coconut or 5 cups of flaked coconut (10.6 oz)
- 1/4 teaspoon of salt
- Optionally: 1/2 teaspoon of vanilla powder or cinnamon
Instructions
- Pour the coconut in a food processor and process until it has the desired butter consistency, about eight minutes. Add in the salt and pulse to combine.
- Store in a container at room temperature for one month.
