Ingredients
- 2 cups of blanched almond flour ( 7 oz)
- 1 cup of confectioners Swerve or Erythritol ( 5.6 oz)
- 1 teaspoon of sugar-free almond extract or vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup of water (2 fl oz)
Instructions
- Combine the swerve and almond flour in a mixing bowl. Then add in the water and almond extract and knead the mixture to form a ball of dough.
- Roll the dough into a log shape and store in the refrigerator.
