Ingredients
- 1 medium zucchini
- 1 1/4 cup of basil
- 1/3 cup of water
- 4 tablespoons of pinenuts
- 2 tablespoon of lemon juice
- 1 medium avocado
- 12 cherry tomatoes, sliced
Instructions
- Prepare the noodles using a spiraliser or peeler. Blend the remaining ingredients minus the cherry tomatoes in a blender until smooth.
- Mix the avocado sauce, noodles, and cherry tomatoes in a bowl.
