These chips are a personal favorite of mine. They are perfect for entertaining and simple to make. You can add additional flavors to spice them up.

Ingredients
- 2 cups of unsweetened coconut chips (4.2 oz)
- 1 tablespoon of coconut oil
- 1 tablespoon of Tandoori seasoning blend ( 0.3 oz)
- If desired: sea salt to taste
Instructions
- Pour the coconut chips and coconut oil into a skillet and add in the seasoning. Place over low heat and cook until the coconut has a golden color, about five minutes.
- Serve
