Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups of almond milk
  • 1/2 cup of coconut cream
  • 3 tablespoons of granulated stevia/erythritol blends
  • 1 avocado, peeled and pitted
  • 3 tablespoons of unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon almond extract
  • For Garnish
  • unsweetened coconut flakes, if desired
  • sliced almonds, if desired

Instructions

  1. Pour all ingredients into a blender and process until smooth. Pour into cups, cover and chill for about five hours or overnight.
  2. Then garnish with sliced almonds and unsweetened coconut flakes if using. Serve.
