Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups of almond milk
- 1/2 cup of coconut cream
- 3 tablespoons of granulated stevia/erythritol blends
- 1 avocado, peeled and pitted
- 3 tablespoons of unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon almond extract
- For Garnish
- unsweetened coconut flakes, if desired
- sliced almonds, if desired
Instructions
- Pour all ingredients into a blender and process until smooth. Pour into cups, cover and chill for about five hours or overnight.
- Then garnish with sliced almonds and unsweetened coconut flakes if using. Serve.
