Ingredients
- 2 avocados (14.1 oz)
- 4 tablespoons of raw cacao powder or Dutch process cocoa powder (0.8oz)
- 4 tablespoons of hazelnut butter ( 2.3 oz)
- 1/2 teaspoons of sugar-free vanilla extract
- 4 tablespoons of unsweetened almond milk, cashew milk or coconut milk ( 2 fl oz)
- Optional topping: roasted chopped hazelnuts and chopped dark chocolate
Instructions
- First, pour all ingredients, minus the almond milk, into a food processor and blend until it is smooth. Add in the almond milk while blending in little amounts until you achieve a creamy consistency.
- Share the mixture into 4 jars and transfer to the refrigerator to chill, about fifteen minutes.
