Ingredients

  • 2 avocados (14.1 oz)
  • 4 tablespoons of raw cacao powder or Dutch process cocoa powder (0.8oz)
  • 4 tablespoons of hazelnut butter ( 2.3 oz)
  • 1/2 teaspoons of sugar-free vanilla extract
  • 4 tablespoons of unsweetened almond milk, cashew milk or coconut milk ( 2 fl oz)
  • Optional topping: roasted chopped hazelnuts and chopped dark chocolate

Instructions

  1. First, pour all ingredients, minus the almond milk, into a food processor and blend until it is smooth. Add in the almond milk while blending in little amounts until you achieve a creamy consistency.
  2. Share the mixture into 4 jars and transfer to the refrigerator to chill, about fifteen minutes.
