Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cup of coconut milk kefir ( 12 fl oz)
- 1/2 cup of blueberries, fresh or frozen (2.6 oz)
- 2 tablespoons of MCT oil or Brain Octane Oil
- 1/2 teaspoon of pure vanilla powder or 1-2 teaspoon of sugar-free vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup of water + ice cubes
Instructions
- Pour all the ingredients into a blender. Blend until smooth. Serve.
