Ingredients
- 3 ripe avocados
- 1/2 onion, finely diced
- 2 medium Roma tomatoes, diced
- 3 tablespoons of, fresh cilantro, chopped
- 1 jalapeno pepper, deseeded and finely diced
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- Juice of 1 lime
- 1/2 teaspoon of sea salt
Instructions
- Cut the avocados in half, then remove the skin and pit and transfer into a mixing bowl. Using a fork mash the avocados to desired consistency.
- Add in the rest of the ingredients and stir.
- You can serve this with veggie sticks or Keto crackers
