Ingredients
- 1 lb of radishes, stems removed, diced
- 1 red onion, chopped (2.1 oz)
- 2 medium jalapeƱo peppers, minced (1 oz)
- 2 tablespoons of lime juice
- 1/4 cup of extra virgin olive oil ( 2 fl oz)
- 3 tablespoons of minced cilantro
- A pinch of sea salt, to taste
Instructions
- Wash the radishes properly. Remove the stems and chop the radishes into small sizes. Pour all the ingredients into a bowl and mix to combine.
