Ingredients

  • 1 lb of radishes, stems removed, diced
  • 1 red onion, chopped (2.1 oz)
  • 2 medium jalapeƱo peppers, minced (1 oz)
  • 2 tablespoons of lime juice
  • 1/4 cup of extra virgin olive oil ( 2 fl oz)
  • 3 tablespoons of minced cilantro
  • A pinch of sea salt, to taste

Instructions

  1. Wash the radishes properly. Remove the stems and chop the radishes into small sizes. Pour all the ingredients into a bowl and mix to combine.
  2. Serve
